Before you book
House rules
Smoking, weddings and events are not permitted. Children are welcome. Pets are considered. Long-term stays are allowed. A $25,000 refundable security deposit is required and will be returned within seven days of checkout, provided the estate is left in its original condition.
Getting there
A car is necessary. The estate is adjacent to Lotusland and near Butterfly and Hammonds beaches. Santa Barbara Airport is approximately 25 minutes away.
