The home sits behind a gated entrance with fully fenced tropical landscaping, a private yard, vaulted ceilings and skylights. The open-plan living area has comfortable seating, split air conditioning and a Smart TV with cable, and connects to a garden lanai and the main deck. The dining area is beside the kitchen and opens onto the deck.
The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, cookware and utensils. The main deck has an umbrella dining table and chaise lounges; a secondary lanai provides another outdoor seating area. A private outdoor shower is surrounded by tropical greenery.
Both bedrooms have queen beds and split air conditioning. The primary bedroom has garden views and private access to the deck and yard. The guest bedroom has an ensuite half bathroom and access to the shared hallway bathroom, which has a double vanity, bathtub and shower.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, hot water, a safe, outdoor lighting and a private entrance. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Cafés, coffee shops, boutiques, neighborhood markets and farmers’ markets are within walking distance.
