Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. The property is offered as a monthly rental, with the full monthly rate applying even for stays shorter than 30 nights; prorated rates are unavailable. The estate is reserved exclusively for the renter during the 30-day rental period. Stays of 21 days or more incur a mandatory $750 monthly utility fee. Beach equipment rentals cost extra. Starter supplies may need replenishing during the stay.
Getting there
Kailua Beach access is across a private lane; the home is not directly on the sand. Kailua Town is a short drive away.
