The house

Ranch Beach Estate offers 3,800 square feet of indoor space, ocean views toward Lanikai and the Mokulua islands, and accommodation for eight guests across a main house and separate guest house. Both homes have open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas, with desks for working during a longer stay. The main living room has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the ocean; the guest house has vaulted ceilings and a separate lounge.

The main kitchen connects to the dining area and deck. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, cookware and utensils. The guest house kitchen and dining area face tropical greenery.

The main wraparound deck has shaded seating, a dining table for eight and ocean-facing chaise lounges. The primary bedroom has its own deck. The guest house has a living-room lanai and a larger kitchen-side deck. A fully fenced tropical yard separates the residences; the estate also has a gated driveway, multiple private entrances and an outdoor shower.

The main house has a king bedroom with partial ocean views, a ceiling fan, walk-in closet, desk and private deck access, plus a queen bedroom with a desk and windows facing the deck. The guest house has two queen bedrooms with garden views; its primary bedroom has a private deck entrance, and its guest bedroom has private lanai access. All four bedrooms have split air conditioning.

Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, hot water, smart TV and satellite or cable TV are available. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Starter supplies are provided at the beginning of the stay and may need replenishing. The estate is offered on a monthly rental basis, including when occupancy is shorter than 30 nights.
