House rules

The primary renter must be at least 25. Maximum occupancy is eight; no additional guests are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Any proposed events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups or other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. One hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog of 20 lbs or less is permitted. Other dogs, multiple dogs and all other pets require express approval; please inquire. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If the owner elects to reopen cancelled dates and the property is rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments are complete and Marquis is notified in writing at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Instead of a security deposit, the property includes up to $25,000 of damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement. The owner may arrange showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule during reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

The home is on Tuthill Dr., a private road on Big Ram Island, with partial views of Coecles Harbor. Reel Point beach is half a mile away: a 10-minute walk or three-minute bike ride. Rams Head Inn is an easy half-mile walk away. The property is not wheelchair accessible.
