The house

The approximately 2,160-square-foot home sits on a private, tree-lined road with gardens, a fully fenced rear yard and a fenced pool area. Outdoor facilities include a private heated gunite pool, chaise lounges, a fire pit, gas barbecue and outdoor dining. The pool generally opens from mid-May through mid-October; landscaping and outdoor furniture are available from April through October.

The main house has three ensuite bedrooms: a primary bedroom with a king bed, streaming TV, a double-ended soaking tub and walk-in shower, and two guest bedrooms with queen beds. The third bedroom has a full Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom. A detached pool-house cabana provides the fourth sleeping space, with a full-size sleeper sofa, private shower bathroom, TV and deck. All four sleeping rooms have air conditioning and are on the first/main floor.

Large windows and skylights light the interiors. A double-sided fireplace separates the formal living room and TV den. The kitchen has Wolf and Bosch appliances and a spacious island, alongside a formal dining room and marble-topped wet bar. Central air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, work-from-home spaces, a washer and dryer, and Sonos speakers in the house and by the pool are provided. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are available.

Reel Point beach is half a mile away, a 10-minute walk or three-minute bike ride. Rams Head Inn is an easy half-mile walk away. Crescent Beach and Wades Beach are nearby. The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
