The Ecotasa tourist tax is mandatory and payable in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

Font de Sa Cala beach is 750 m away. Both annexes require outdoor access to reach the main house. The first annex bedroom is upstairs, the second annex bedroom is on level -1, and a few stairs separate the main-house living and dining areas. A bus stop on Ctra. de Sa Font de Sa Cala is 500 m away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 73 km away, Manacor train station and hospital are 35 km away, and Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal is 48 km away.
