The house

The fenced property has direct neighbors, large terraces with sun loungers and a fixed barbecue. Its private chlorine pool measures 10 × 4.5 m and is 1.2–2.5 m deep. Trees and green areas surround the house.

The main house has a living room with satellite TV and a DVD player, with a few stairs leading to the dining area. The equipped kitchen includes a gas hob and microwave. A laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Three ground-floor bedrooms comprise two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom; a corridor air-conditioning unit serves this area. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs.

The first annex has an open dining room and a further indoor eating area. Upstairs is a double bedroom with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and access to a large sea-view terrace with two loungers. The second annex, on level -1, has a twin bedroom with a wardrobe, an en-suite shower bathroom and terrace access. Both annexes connect to the main house via outdoor access. A cot and high chair are available free of charge.

Font de Sa Cala beach is 750 m away. The town center has restaurants and a grocery store; Capdepera is 3 km away. Cala Ratjada offers shops, larger supermarkets, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Nearby excursion options include Capdepera Castle, Cala Moll, Cala Gat, Cala Angulla and the Caves of Artà. Capdepera golf course is a 15-minute drive away, and Canyamel Golf Club is 9 km away.
