The house

The estate accommodates up to 12 guests and has six bathrooms, multiple formal living areas and movie dens. Large windows and sliding glass doors connect the living spaces with the backyard. The equipped chef’s kitchen has a central island, an adjacent breakfast nook seating six and a separate dining room seating eight. A fireplace, heating, laundry facilities, central air conditioning, work-from-home spaces and high-speed Wi-Fi are available.

Outside, the private heated pool has a sundeck with chaise loungers. A stand-alone hot tub, private tennis court that also serves as a basketball court, several lounge areas and a covered porch with a dining table provide space for recreation and outdoor meals. There is a stainless-steel gas barbecue, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower and free parking. Mature trees and landscaping surround the yard.

The bedrooms contain two king beds, three queen beds and two twin beds. All six bedrooms have air conditioning. The primary and junior primary bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms; the detailed room inventory also identifies a queen guest bedroom with a full ensuite and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom serving the second-floor queen and twin bedrooms. Bathrooms include both shower-and-tub combinations and separate showers and tubs. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Local shops, restaurants, beaches and cultural attractions are minutes away. Nearby beaches include Hot Dog Beach, Rogers Beach and Village Beach. After booking confirmation, the homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication.
