The house

Quogue Shore Estate occupies a private block directly on the ocean, with open-plan living and dining spaces, natural light and ocean views. The equipped kitchen includes appliances, generous counter space and a coffee maker. Central air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens and towels are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated pool overlooking the water, a hot tub, a private tennis court, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, a patio and lounging and dining areas. A stationary bike, sauna and Sonos speakers provide additional recreation and relaxation options.

Five bedrooms are in the main house and one is on the second floor of the guest house. The main-house ground-floor bedroom has a queen bed; the other five bedrooms each have a king bed. All six bedrooms have air conditioning, full ensuite bathrooms and streaming TVs. The primary bedroom also has a walk-in closet and balcony/deck. An additional ground-floor sleeping space in the main house has a sofa bed, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, a TV and a closet.

The home is family-friendly, but no crib is provided, and it is not wheelchair accessible. Outdoor pool and hot-tub use is typically seasonal. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
