Set on a landscaped lot, this approximately 4,500-square-foot home has a bright open-plan living and dining area, a double-sided fireplace, glass doors and windows, and French doors opening toward the pool deck. The kitchen has appliances, a large island and a breakfast nook. A private office and multiple dedicated workspaces support working from home.

The sleeping layout includes an upstairs king primary room, an upstairs queen guest room, two main-floor queen rooms and a main-floor office bedroom with a twin bed. Four bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms; the office bedroom has a half ensuite. An upstairs bonus room provides two additional twin beds, a foosball table, two sofas and a streaming TV. The primary suites include tubs and showers.

Outdoor areas include a sundeck with chaise lounges, covered and open patios, outdoor dining and sofa seating, and a fenced backyard. The private heated pool is not fenced. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, fitness equipment, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. Streaming TVs are in bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 and the bonus room.
