The house has direct neighbors and a chill-out terrace with partial harbor views. The living-dining room has air conditioning and satellite television. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A laundry area provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Both bedrooms are on the first floor and have air conditioning and closets. One has a double bed and space for a cot; the other has two single beds. A high chair is available. There are two shower bathrooms, and towels and a hair dryer are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is no pool or on-property parking.
Port d'Andratx has supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a seaside promenade. Sant Elm sandy beach is 7 km away. The surrounding area offers hiking and cycling, with Andratx and Santa Ponça golf courses nearby.
