The house

The house accommodates up to 10 guests and has approximately 2,500 square feet of interior space. The light-filled great room has high ceilings, large windows, barn doors opening outside, a wood-burning fireplace, a television and a bar area. There is a library, an office area, a dining area and a kitchen with an island and breakfast area. Kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware.

The main house has five air-conditioned bedrooms: four with one queen bed each and one with two twin beds. The primary bedroom and Bedroom 2 have ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 2 also has a balcony/deck; Bedrooms 2, 3 and 5 have televisions. There are three full bathrooms: the upstairs primary bathroom has a shower and tub, and the other two have showers, one on each floor.

Landscaped grounds include a fenced backyard, a fenced private outdoor freshwater pool, a deck/patio, five lounge chairs, a patio table with chairs and an umbrella, a gas grill, a cooler and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, heating, a washer and dryer are provided. The home has cable and smart TV, a stereo speaker system, a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Sagg Main Beach is 3 miles away. Back roads connect the property with Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton and provide access to Southampton and East Hampton. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
