The house

The newly constructed home has over 1,022 square feet of living space, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Its open-plan living area has cathedral ceilings, leather furniture, a gas-burning fireplace and a large TV. The kitchen has premium appliances, quartz countertops and a breakfast bar with three stools. A gas grill is outside the kitchen door, and cornhole boards are available.

The first-floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub, plus a private toilet room. The upstairs loft-style bedroom has access to the second-floor balcony and a private shower bathroom. The balcony has Whitefish Mountain views, patio furniture, an outdoor dining table and an umbrella. A portable crib, baby gate and rocking chair are available, along with a stacked washer and dryer.

Guests have access to a nearby community clubhouse with a gym, shared hot tub, seasonal swimming pool and firepits. The hot tub is open year-round; the pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A locking storage closet has ski and snowboard racks. Covered parking accommodates one vehicle, and a long driveway accommodates a few more. Exterior security cameras monitor the property. Kitchen, laundry and bath starter essentials are provided.
