- Up to two dogs are welcome with prior approval and advance notification. An additional non-refundable fee of $200 per dog applies, plus a $100 cleaning fee and applicable taxes. Dogs must be well-trained and crated whenever their owner is absent.
- Kitchen
- Equipped kitchen with premium appliances, quartz countertops, cooking basics, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. A gas grill is outside the kitchen door.
- Washing machine
- A stacked washer and dryer are available.

Shared poolThe community clubhouse swimming pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The shared hot tub is open year-round.
