House rules

Maximum occupancy is 14 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A $40,000 refundable security deposit is required at booking, and a $4,200.00 credit-card preauthorization is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local office address is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Reservations require electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. A team member meets all guests. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Stays exceeding eight days require a scheduled, paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional scheduled cleaning and payment. Long-term stays are allowed. The initial 50% payment is due at booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable.

Getting there

Town is a short drive away. Ski-in/ski-out access via the Born Free Catwalk is subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations. An elevator serves the main floors, but stairs may be challenging for children; the home may not suit young children. Garage parking is unavailable to guests; driveway parking accommodates 3–5 cars, with a five-car maximum.
