The house

The 9,297-square-foot home occupies a half-acre site and has eight full bathrooms. Living spaces feature 20-foot windows with views of the mountains, sunsets and nearby skiing. An in-house elevator serves the main floors, and the driveway and patio are heated for snow and ice removal. Daily housekeeping is included.

Wellness facilities include a hot tub, private spa with steam facilities, sauna, professional massage table and fitness room. Entertainment spaces include a media/movie theater, game room, smart TV and fireplace. An iPad controls the hot tub and sound system. There is an office with a desk/workspace, free Wi-Fi, a kitchen with cooking basics, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and refrigerator, plus drip and espresso coffee makers. A washer, dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. A barbecue area and dining table are available.

The main bedroom has a king bed and spa ensuite. The five guest bedrooms contain a queen bed; two queen beds; a queen bed and sofa bed; a queen bed and sofa bed; and two twin beds, respectively.

Direct ski access connects to the Born Free Catwalk, with a private warming hut, personal ski lockers, ski storage and glove and boot warmers. Ski shuttle service is also offered. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Town is a short drive away. Nearby outdoor options include Piney Lake, Gore Creek, the Vail Pass and Gore Valley bike trails, Booth Falls and Berrypicker Trail.
