House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is eight. Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00 under City of Ketchum requirements. Only two vehicles may park at the unit; no extra parking is permitted. For bookings within 48 hours of arrival or stays longer than 28 days, contact the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Stay-date-specific minimum-night restrictions apply.
Getting there
The Warm Springs ski lifts are a short stroll away; the nearest lift is at Warm Springs Day Lodge. A free town shuttle serves Ketchum, Sun Valley and Elkhorn. Parking is limited to two vehicles, with no additional parking permitted. Construction next door is scheduled from summer 2026 through spring 2027 and will cause noise, dust and extra traffic in the area.
