The house

Prospector 134 has two levels, three full bathrooms and a deck with views of the Warm Springs ski runs. The main living area has wood trim, tongue-and-groove walls, a dark stone floor, two sofas, an armchair, a wet bar, a gas fireplace, a TV and a Blu-ray player. A second living area upstairs has a TV and seating.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a Viking gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. The indoor corner dining table seats eight. Outdoor dining includes an electric BBQ grill and seating for six beneath an umbrella.

The first-floor king bedroom has a Roku-equipped TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the primary king bedroom has a Roku-equipped TV and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Two upstairs queen bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans, and floor fans are provided. There is no air conditioning or washer/dryer.

Shared community amenities include a summer pool, summer tennis and pickleball courts, and seasonally operated hot tubs during peak summer and peak winter. The pool opens after July 4 through Labor Day. Free Wi-Fi, heating, bed linens, towels, and starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided.

On-site parking is limited to two vehicles. A free town shuttle serves Ketchum, Sun Valley and Elkhorn. The nearest ski lift is at Warm Springs Day Lodge. Construction next door is scheduled from summer 2026 through spring 2027, with noise, dust and additional traffic expected.
