House rules

Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to two dogs require final approval from InvitedHome; notify the team at booking and submit animal details by text message or email. Pet cleaning costs $150 per animal, plus a pet rental fee of $50/night per animal; approved fees are added to the reservation and are non-refundable. A credit-card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the team's local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions for confirmation. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh, scheduled and charged by the Reservation Team; stays of at least 30 nights require additional cleaning and are non-refundable. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Park City InvitedHome team member and is subject to availability.

Getting there

Canyons Village and Park City Resort are about 23 minutes away; this is a drive-to-ski home. Parking is limited to three cars. Promontory amenities are not available for guest use. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
