The house

Promontory Estate is a newly built, 4,440-square-foot home accommodating up to 12 guests. Its five bedrooms comprise a main king bedroom, a queen guest bedroom, a king guest bedroom, another queen guest bedroom, and a bunk room with two bunks and a lounging area. There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

The home has a private entrance, private living room, fireplace, balcony and mountain views. Recreation facilities include a hot tub with views, a game room with a pool table, skee ball, TV and an arcade game, plus table tennis, video games and a smart TV. Ski storage is available.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen island, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. A dining table and grill are available. The home also has heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a desk/workspace, washer and dryer. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and ironing board, hot water and a bathtub are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

A garage and free parking are available, with a maximum of three cars at the property. Canyons Village and Park City Resort are about 23 minutes away, with drive-to-ski access. Promontory community amenities are not available to guests. Long-term stays are allowed.
