The home has an ocean-facing living area, an open dining space and a home theater with a 90-inch Samsung TV and surround sound. A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances; two additional kitchenettes offer further flexibility.
All four bedrooms have split air conditioning. The primary bedroom has ocean and water views and a full ensuite bathroom; Guest Bedroom 2 also has a full ensuite bathroom. Additional sleeping arrangements are in common areas. A third full guest bathroom serves the home.
An expansive oceanfront lawn leads directly to the reef-fringed shoreline, with 100 linear feet of sandy private beach and snorkeling steps from the yard. Outdoor facilities include private ocean-facing jacuzzis advertised for 3–7 people, hot-water outdoor showers, shaded seating, a covered beachfront gazebo suitable for remote working, a beachfront gym and a three-person MasterSpa infrared sauna. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards are provided.
Split air conditioning runs throughout the home. High-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, free onsite parking, a private entrance, ceiling fans and linens are available. The home is single-level. Kualoa Ranch is about 15 minutes away, Turtle Bay Resort roughly 20 minutes away, and Hale'iwa about 40 minutes away. Honolulu International Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive.
