The house

The home has an open living area with vaulted ceilings, central air conditioning and a landscaped garden. Its estimated floor area is 1,275 square feet.

Three bedrooms are on the first/main floor: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, and one with a twin/single bed. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a closet. A private loft sleeping area on the second floor has a sleep sofa. There are two full bathrooms on the main floor, one with a shower and tub and the other with a shower, plus an outdoor shower.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer, dryer, heating, hot water, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. Outdoors are a deck/patio with a table, chairs and umbrella, a gas grill, two beach chairs and two lounge chairs. The driveway accommodates two cars.

The homeowner manages property preparation, arrival coordination, on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. A StayMarquis Guest Experience Manager can help facilitate requests such as grocery shopping or arranging a private chef.
