House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. Children and infants are welcome. The double sofa bed accommodates two additional guests within the maximum occupancy of four. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
Third-floor flat with no lift. The roof terrace is accessed through a trapdoor via a steep ladder. The rear of the property overlooks railway lines, with double glazing to reduce noise.
