The house

The apartment has wooden floors and a sitting room beneath the eaves with a sofa, dining table for four, books, TV, reading corners, electric piano and desk. A double sofa bed accommodates two additional guests.

The open-plan, equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, cafetière, cookware and tableware, plus a washing machine. The dishwasher is currently out of use. The bedroom has a double bed and a Juliet balcony overlooking the rear of the building. The adjacent bathroom has a shower over the bath, heated towel rail, toilet and basin.

A trapdoor above the hallway and a steep pull-down ladder lead to a roof terrace with railings, outdoor furniture and views over Primrose Hill. The flat is on the third floor with no lift. The rear overlooks railway lines; double glazing reduces noise. Central heating, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels and bed linen are provided.
