No smoking, pets, parties or events. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Guests under 19 must be accompanied by an adult or parent for the entire stay. The home is not suitable for infants under 2. No quiet time is designated. In-person check-in after midnight incurs an additional AED 25 charge; notify the host by 18:00 on the day of check-in. All access cards must be left on the table and keys in the lock box after check-out; failure to do so incurs an AED 500 replacement charge. Advance identity documentation is required for guest registration with DTCM Dubai and building management; incomplete registration may result in denied access.
Getting there
Dubai Mall Metro Station is a 4-minute walk away. Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera are a 3-minute walk away, and Dubai Mall is a 7-minute walk away. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 but not for infants under 2. Guests under 19 must have an adult or parent staying with them throughout the stay.
