Our spacious 1-bedroom Dubai apartment is furbished with lovely furniture and decorations would undoubtedly make you feel at home.

The apartment has a large living room with a dining area, and a kitchen which is roomy and fully equipped with all necessary conveniences. The living room also has a 65-inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as 100mb super-fast internet connection.

The bedroom has an excellent comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, and warm covers, providing vitalizing goodnight sleep. The newly renovated and shiny bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

Last but not least, our stunning patio with panoramic views which encompasses the Burj Khalifa & Burj Al Arab, this also makes a great spot for enjoying a sunny day or simply breathing in the fresh air.

Some amenities include a premium on-site gym and health club, a temperature controlled pool - perfect for morning laps, outdoor sun beds for relaxation, a bookable private cinema room, squash court and games room.

Other things to note

- Please note that if you plan to check in after midnight, an additional charge of AED 25 will apply for in-person check-in. We kindly ask that you inform us of your late arrival by 18:00 on the day of check-in.

- All access cards must be left on the table, and keys in the lock box, after check out. Failure to do so will result in AED 500 charged for replacement.

- Guests should be 19 years old and above, or if guests are below 19 years old, there should be an adult/parent staying with them for the entire stay.

- We generally do not stock items such as tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper, detergent and so on. This needs to be purchased individually by the guest according to personal preferences.

- We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required.

NOTE: It is our obligation to register all local/ foreign guests with the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) Dubai and to forward your check-in details to the building management system. Therefore, please share your passports/IDs in advance. Without this, we will not be able to complete the check-in registration and you might be denied access to the property.

Getting Around

There is one covered parking space available for guest use, and the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station is only a short 4 minute walk away! This apartment is conveniently located near the RTA system - allowing quick access to all that Dubai has to offer. Taxis are easy to hail from the roadside, and both Uber and Careem apps are available.
