House rules

Maximum occupancy is six people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to one dog requires final approval; submit animal details at booking by text message or email. Non-refundable pet fees are $150 per animal for cleaning and $50/night per animal. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the team's local address is available on request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team schedules an In-Stay Refresh and processes payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text message from a Park City InvitedHome team member and is subject to availability.

Getting there

The home is multi-level, above Old Town and below Deer Valley. Shops, restaurants and skiing are within walking distance, and ski shuttle service is available. Parking is limited to two cars.
