The house

This 1,630-square-foot, multi-level home sits above Old Town and below Deer Valley. Rustic ski-chalet interiors include a living room with a stone fireplace and vaulted windows, mountain views, a balcony and a private entrance. Shops, restaurants and skiing are within walking distance, and ski storage is available.

The main bedroom has a king bed, and the two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. There are three full bathrooms. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, spices and a standard drip coffee maker, with a kitchen island and dining table. A grill is also available.

Facilities include a private hot tub, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, hot water, washer and dryer. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer, hangers, and an iron and ironing board are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Free parking is limited to two cars. Long-term stays are allowed; dogs require advance approval and additional fees.
