House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties or antisocial behaviour. Additional visitors require prior approval. Pets require approval. Smoking is prohibited at all times. Do not wear shoes inside, and report any breakages. Breaching house rules may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are shared. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge; booking the preceding or following night is suggested to guarantee extended access, subject to availability. At departure, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, dispose of rubbish in the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for personal belongings before leaving. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items can be returned to an address within Australia subject to postage and service fees. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
Getting there
Kings Beach, most cafés and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Sunshine Coast Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away, and Brisbane Airport is around a 1-hour-20-minute drive away. Secure parking accommodates two vehicles. Local bus services operate nearby.
