The house

The north-east-facing apartment has a bright open-plan living area opening onto a large wrap-around balcony. The living area includes a six-seat lounge, Smart TV, air conditioning, laminate timber flooring and indoor and outdoor dining options. Ceiling fans are provided throughout.

Two bedrooms each have a queen bed; the first has a private ensuite. The third bedroom has two single beds and a private west-facing balcony. All three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, blackout blinds and ceiling fans. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup is provided. There are two bathrooms with walk-in showers and hairdryers, and the second bathroom includes laundry facilities and a washing machine. A bathtub is also included among the amenities.

The kitchen has Westinghouse appliances, an electric oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The dining table seats six and is suitable for laptop use. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for streaming are available.

Shared building facilities include a swimming pool, heated spa, sauna, gym and barbecue entertaining area. The secure complex has lift access, and no stairs are required to reach the apartment. Two secure side-by-side parking spaces are provided. A small welcome amenity pack is supplied.

Kings Beach, cafés and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Nearby highlights include the Coastal Boardwalk, Kings Beach Tavern, Metropolitan Surf Club and Caloundra Shopping Centre. Local buses connect Kings Beach with Caloundra and surrounding Sunshine Coast destinations. Longer stays are allowed.
