The kitchen is a chef's delight and has plenty of countertops and cabinets, with a pass-through into the living area, but with bar and two barstools on the kitchen side. All necessary items are available to prepare a full course meal, or just bagels and coffee in the morning. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, range with oven, built-in above-range microwave and dishwasher. The adjacent dining area is nicely furnished with a table seating six, with mirrored walls adding to the bright and airy indoor-outdoor feel.

The living area is nicely furnished, including large HDTV for your viewing pleasure, with a sleeper sofa for added sleeping accommodations. There are sliding glass doors that flow from the living and dining area out to the sunroom with its ocean backdrop. There is also a wet bar with shelving, sink and mini-fridge, conveniently located right by the entrance to the primary suite. This condo actually has two primary suites, each with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, as well as a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed and guest bathroom.

The primary bedroom has sliding glass doors offering private access out to the well-furnished oceanfront sunroom, and its bathroom has a Garden Tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom with en suite bath has a walk-in shower, and there are sliding glass doors out to a balcony area. The third bedroom is just adjacent to the guest bathroom with combination tub/shower, and this bedroom also has sliding glass door access to the balcony on the street side of the condo.

A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located within your condo, thus allowing for lighter packing.
