The house

The main level has an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, with natural light and a gallery hallway. The living room has a large sofa, window seat and recliner. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a microwave and an island with three stools; the glass dining table seats six. Sliding doors lead to a furnished back patio for outdoor dining. A separate Moroccan-inspired lounge has a dual sectional and pasture views, and the basement provides another movie-watching space.

All three bedrooms are on the second floor: a king primary bedroom, a queen guest bedroom and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. Each has air conditioning, a closet and a full ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom has a shower and tub. A private enclosed sleeping area on the main floor has a sofa bed, air conditioning and a TV. The fourth full bathroom is on the main floor and has a shower. One bedroom has a desk. TVs are in the queen bedroom and additional sleeping area.

Facilities include a Sonos speaker system, fireplace, weight-training equipment, heating, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels. Outdoors are a private pool, grill, patio furniture, beach chairs, front and back lawns and a fenced backyard. A garage is available. The home is approximately 2,600 square feet and lies between Southampton and Bridgehampton.
