Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. Mandatory final cleaning costs €100 per stay. A mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season.
