The house

The house has a rustic interior arranged over two floors. The air-conditioned living room has a Smart TV and opens to the dining room. A separate bright sitting room has an armchair for reading. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils.

The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and air conditioning. A bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. One opens onto a balcony and the other onto a terrace with two hammocks. A second bathroom with a bathtub serves the upper floor.

Outside, the chlorine pool measures 7.5 by 3.5 metres and has a uniform depth of 1.70 metres. Sun loungers sit beside the pool, and a covered terrace provides a barbecue and outdoor dining table. There is also a garden.

Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available. A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. Recycling bins are available for paper, plastic, organic waste and glass. The house has double-glazed windows, LED lighting and water-efficient fixtures.

Maria de la Salut has bars and restaurants, with countryside, fields and vineyards in the surrounding area. Can Picafort beach and Muro beach are approximately 15 km away. Tourist licence: ETV/7161.
