Maximum occupancy is four guests. Pets up to 5 kg are welcome. Events and smoking are not permitted. Air conditioning includes 10 hours per day; optional additional use costs 0.50 EUR per hour per air-conditioned room. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
