The house

The villa has a porch overlooking a private chlorine pool measuring 8.5 × 4.5 metres, with depths from 1.2 to 2 metres. The terrace has six loungers, and there is a barbecue and an exterior shower bathroom. The plot is fenced, with a few neighbours nearby.

The sitting-dining room has satellite TV, a DVD player and direct access to a countryside-view terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob and a microwave. Two ground-floor bedrooms each have two single beds and air conditioning; one opens onto the same terrace as the living area. Ground-floor bathing facilities include a shower and a bathtub. Upstairs, the double bedroom has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. Central heating, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. Free Wi-Fi and a crib are available.

The villa is about 300 metres from Vilafranca de Bonany in Pla des Mallorca. Manacor, with restaurants, shops and supermarkets, is 11 km away. Sineu is a 20-minute drive away and has a Wednesday market. The Ma-15 provides access to eastern coastal destinations including Porto Cristo, Porto Colom, Cala Morlanda and Cala Magraner. Cala Domingos Beach is 25 km away.

Air conditioning is included for 10 hours daily on a selectable schedule; additional use costs 0.50 EUR per hour for each air-conditioned room. Pets weighing up to 5 kg are welcome. Parking is available outside for three cars and in the garage for one car. Events and smoking are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in.
