House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is 8. The lead guest named on the booking must be at least 25 years old. Guests aged 25 or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The reservation holder must be present throughout the stay. Full names of all guests and all vehicle license plate numbers must be provided before arrival under Palm Springs requirements. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require confirmation with the Guest Experience team. Minimum stays vary by date from 3 to 7 nights.
