House rules
No smoking or pets. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old. A rental agreement and ID verification are required.
Getting there
Public beach access is a 2–3 minute walk away. Sunglow Pier and Crabby Joe’s are a 5-minute walk away; Daytona International Speedway is approximately a 20-minute drive away. The building has an elevator. Community renovation work affects balconies, the parking lot and building foundations, with occasional construction noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The pool area is closed until 2027.
