The house

Tide Shift at Pirates Cove 701 is managed by Casago Daytona. The condo has one bedroom with a queen bed, a twin sofa bed in the living area, and one full bathroom. Linens, towels and essentials are provided. The private furnished balcony has partial ocean views to the right and city views to the front.

The separate full kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and utensils. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly table, cable TV, air conditioning and a washer/dryer are available. The building has an elevator; golf on-site and adult bikes are also offered.

Public beach access is a 2–3 minute walk away. Sunglow Pier and Crabby Joe’s are a 5-minute walk away, and Daytona International Speedway is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Nearby restaurants and cafés are within walking distance.

Community renovations include work on balconies, the parking lot and building foundations. Occasional daytime construction noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The community pool area is closed until 2027.

The booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Smoking and pets are not permitted. A rental agreement and ID verification are required. Self check-in is via a secure smart lock.
