The home accommodates up to 15 guests in six bedrooms, with five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The top floor has a great room with large windows, seating, a seasonal gas fireplace, a kitchen, a dining area and access to the upper deck. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers.
The ground-floor recreation room has a pool table, sitting area and kitchenette. Outside are a private gated pool, outdoor shower, charcoal and gas grills, outdoor furniture and a basketball hoop. A hot tub is on the middle-level deck. Five beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided. Central heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available. Satellite TV is offered in 2026; streaming TV replaces it in 2027.
Ensuite king bedrooms on levels 1.5, 2 and 2.5 each have a private bathroom with a standing shower and whirlpool tub. The level-2 king bedroom has deck access, and the level-2.5 king bedroom has a private deck. Level 2 also has a queen bedroom with deck access and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets and a semi-private bathroom opening to the common area. The ground-floor bedroom has a double-over-twin bunk and a semi-private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The half bathroom is on level 3.
The home is near Corolla shops, restaurants, historic attractions and beaches. Albacore Beach Access is the named beach access. Saturday arrival and departure apply, and the home is eligible for early check-in.
