House rules
No parties or excessive noise. Breaches may jeopardize the security bond and lead to eviction or additional charges. The booked guest count is the maximum number of people permitted at the property at any time, including visitors; additional visitors require written approval from Weekenda. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. A noise monitor is installed; fines apply for disconnecting, removing or damaging it. Communal commercial areas have external cameras managed by Oaks; there are currently no external cameras at the private villa, although the owner reserves the right to install them in accordance with local regulations. All guests must complete electronic registration and identity verification before arrival. Bookings made within five days of arrival are subject to additional payment-card and identity verification; mismatches result in cancellation and refund to the original card. Travel insurance is recommended; concert cancellations, illness and other emergencies do not override the standard cancellation terms.
Getting there
The villa is on the upper level of the building with ramp access and a single-level interior. It is in a residential area. Resort facility access is limited to the public bar and restaurant and the seasonal Owners/Hillside Pool; Oaks-managed resort pool, gym and tennis-court access is excluded. Golf rounds and tennis court hire may be arranged separately through the Pro Shop.
