The house

The upper-level villa overlooks the golf resort complex and has ramp access, a sunny living area, air-conditioning and a large private entertaining balcony with mountain and/or resort views. It accommodates up to four guests and has two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; Bedroom 2 has a king bed or two single beds on request.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, cooktops, microwave, sink and refrigerator, with a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware also provided. Other facilities include a dining table, TV with cable, heating, a bathtub, hair dryer, iron, private entrance, garden or backyard and free parking on the premises and street; a garage is also listed. Smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

Guests have access to the public bar and restaurant and the shared outdoor Owners/Hillside Pool during its swimming season. Access does not include the Oaks-managed resort/lagoon pool, gym or tennis courts. Golf rounds and tennis court hire can be arranged separately through the Pro Shop. Nearby attractions include Pokolbin wineries, restaurants, a Health Retreat & Spa and local golf courses, including The Vintage.

One set of bed linen and one bath towel per person are supplied, along with extra pillows and blankets. Bring pool, lake or beach towels and any additional towels needed. Each shower has a bottle of combined shampoo, conditioner and body wash; guests may bring preferred toiletries. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, but connection speed and reliability are not guaranteed and interruptions are not compensated. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Long-term stays are also allowed.
