House rules

The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Maximum occupancy includes two additional guests beyond standard sleeping arrangements; request trifold floor mattresses and additional linens if needed. Dogs require a fee per pet and approval; undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine per pet. Notify the operator about registered service animals or emotional support animals. This is a smoke-free home; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Use only the bear box closest to the home, never neighboring bear boxes; using the wrong bear box may result in a $1,200 fine. Never leave trash outside the home or bear box. If the assigned bear box is full, keep excess trash inside until proper disposal is possible. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.

Getting there

No recreation-center access or passes are included. Outdoor furniture and amenities, including grills, are seasonal, available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Nearby construction and road works may occur without prior notice, especially in summer. Parking is limited to four cars onsite; on-street parking is prohibited from November to May.
