House rules
The booking guest must be at least 18 years old. Maximum occupancy is eight people, including infants, children and visitors, and must not be exceeded at any time. Dogs require a fee per pet and prior approval; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Notify the operator in advance about a registered service animal or emotional support animal. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Guests must dispose of trash at the local dumpsite under City of Big Bear policy; charges may apply for trash left at the property. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
Big Bear Lake is minutes away; Snow Summit and Bear Mountain are nearby. Parking is limited to three vehicles. The game room is downstairs, and the loft is upstairs. An owner closet in the primary bedroom is not accessible to guests.
