The house

The backyard has a hot tub, firepit, grill and outdoor dining area. Inside, one living area has a large TV and the other is arranged around a fireplace. The open-concept kitchen and dining area include modern appliances, with a microwave, oven and stove. The downstairs game room has a pool table, ping pong and foosball. Heating, a patio, in-home laundry and free private parking are available.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. Two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and balcony. The upstairs loft has a desk, two twin beds and two twin trundle beds. Bedrooms are supplied with linens, towels, pillows and comforters, and linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements. An owner closet inside the primary bedroom is not accessible to guests. The home does not have air conditioning.

Big Bear Lake is minutes away, and the home is near Snow Summit and Bear Mountain for lake activities and winter skiing.
