The minimum age to book is 25. Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Children are welcome. Long-term stays are allowed.
Getting there
This ground-floor condo is accessed via four stairs at the entryway. Keystone Resort is just over two miles away; the free local shuttle stop is steps away. Dining, a lake and the river are within walking distance. A beach can be reached on foot from the river. A bike path leads toward Lake Dillon, Frisco and Keystone. A car is not necessary. Parking accommodates two cars.
