The house

The condo sleeps eight guests and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The light-filled living room has a sleeper sofa, television and stone-surrounded wood-burning fireplace. An office area beside tall windows offers mountain views. The full kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. The dining table seats eight. The covered balcony has seating and a gas grill.

On-site facilities include an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, basketball court, playground or play area, and a shared outdoor dining area with gas grills and seating. Wildlife, including moose, may be seen nearby. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, and parking for two cars are available. Entertainment includes cable or satellite television, books and a video library. Bed linens, fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit; baby safety gear is also available.

Keystone Resort is just over two miles away, and the free local shuttle stop is steps away. Dining, a lake and the river are within walking distance. A beach can be reached on foot from the river, and a bike path leads toward Lake Dillon, Frisco and Keystone. The ground-floor entrance has four stairs. A car is not necessary.
