The house

The home has an open layout, multiple sitting and dining areas, a living-room fireplace, and a formal dining area with a wood-burning hearth. The kitchen includes appliances, a coffee maker, stove, oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, ice maker and dishwasher. A media room, ping-pong, a pool table and an office provide indoor recreation and workspace. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

Outside are a private dock, an uncovered deck/patio with dining seating for eight, a gas barbecue, sun loungers, outdoor sitting areas, a wood-burning fire pit, and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. A private heated outdoor gunite pool sits by the water. A seasonal herb garden, paddleboards, kayak/canoe, lawn games, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella and cooler are available. Parking is free, and an electric-car charger is provided.

Four bedrooms have specified beds: three queen beds and one king bed. The fifth bedroom is currently an enclosed second-floor den/office and can be converted into a bedroom upon request. Four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; the bathroom inventory includes five full bathrooms and one ground-floor half bathroom. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
