House rules
Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Standard occupancy is 8 guests, with a maximum of 10. Extra guest fees apply above 8 guests; children under 5 are exempt from additional guest fees. A credit-card surcharge applies and can be avoided by paying by check or wire transfer. Additional beach-equipment rentals are available for a charge. Long-term stays are allowed. Self check-in and check-out are available.
Getting there
The townhome is on the second floor with interior stairs to the third floor and no elevator. Poipu Beach is a short drive away; Kiahuna Golf Course is within walking distance. Building 3 exterior painting is scheduled to start August 3, 2026, lasting approximately 6–8 weeks, weather permitting. Daytime power washing, scaffolding, ladders and painting crews may cause intermittent noise and activity. Lanai and entryway access may be temporarily affected, and furniture or plants may need to be moved.
